Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. If we discover an incorrect price, we will do one of the following :

Returns:
Tribal Ink 30 day money back guarantee. Tribal Ink offers a money back guarantee on all unused products. Products must be returned unused, and in original condition. Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. A restocking fee shall apply. This money-back guarantee does not apply to customized products such as banners, business cards, and care cards. All sales on these items are final.
Defective Product:
If you received a defective or damaged product, simply return it within 30 days of the date of purchase & Tribal Ink will exchange the product or issue a store credit equal to the purchase amount of the product returned. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS, & TAXES
Tribal Ink international shipping charges do not cover import duties, tarriffs or customs taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/consignee and payment must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery. If for any reason the carrier fails to collect these fees from the customer/consignee at the time of delivery then the customer agrees to make any and all payments in full for said fees to Tribal Ink. Furthermore, Tribal Ink shall bill the customers/ consignee's credit card or use any other applicable method of payment to collect said fees. |
